Daily Challenge
Five new questions a day, the same for everyone, on the clock. Your Score counts for your League, your med school and your country.

Classic
As many untimed Rounds of five as you like, in the subject you pick. Every right answer earns XP.

Pulse
Answer at least one question a day to keep your Pulse beating. Two Freezes a month cover the days life gets in the way; miss a day without one and it flatlines.

Every med school fills its own cohort of 30. Full cohorts get the first invites, together.

Real prizes in every League
Each Campaign lasts a quarter. When it ends, the top players in every League get physical prizes and a diploma. Taking part is free: no purchase needed.
